A Vancouver man was in Clark County Superior Court on Wednesday after allegedly pointing a firearm at his wife and friend outside a bar in Uptown Village.Colin J. Campbell, 38, appeared on suspicion of two counts of first-degree domestic violence assault stemming from the Tuesday altercation.Campbell pointed a black handgun at his wife, Bonnie DeLa Vega, and friend, Scott Falter, as they attempted to flee in a vehicle outside the Tip Top Tavern, 2100 Main St., according to an affidavit of probable cause.He allegedly threatened to shoot and kill both of them, the affidavit states. Several witnesses leaving the tavern filmed and took photos of Campbell pointing the gun at the victims while they were in the car. Campbell left the scene in another vehicle and reportedly started leaving phone messages for his wife apologizing for the incident, court records said.Court records show Campbell will retain his own attorney. His bail was set at $100,000. He will be arraigned Feb. 15.
