Vancouver man accused in gun incident

first_imgA Vancouver man was in Clark County Superior Court on Wednesday after allegedly pointing a firearm at his wife and friend outside a bar in Uptown Village.Colin J. Campbell, 38, appeared on suspicion of two counts of first-degree domestic violence assault stemming from the Tuesday altercation.Campbell pointed a black handgun at his wife, Bonnie DeLa Vega, and friend, Scott Falter, as they attempted to flee in a vehicle outside the Tip Top Tavern, 2100 Main St., according to an affidavit of probable cause.He allegedly threatened to shoot and kill both of them, the affidavit states. Several witnesses leaving the tavern filmed and took photos of Campbell pointing the gun at the victims while they were in the car. Campbell left the scene in another vehicle and reportedly started leaving phone messages for his wife apologizing for the incident, court records said.Court records show Campbell will retain his own attorney. His bail was set at $100,000. He will be arraigned Feb. 15.last_img read more

Missing teen located

first_imgA missing 15-year-old Vancouver teen with possible gang ties was located over the weekend, according to his family.Joseph D. Wolf had been missing since May 31 and was reported to police as missing on June 3.The boy had a warrant for his arrest, so he was taken into custody by police when he was located early Monday, according to the family.last_img
