The Wildcats’ Big Sky Conference foes, the Eastern Washington Eagles, are in first place currently at +37.Eastern Washington’s Alexa Clark is the overall leader at +2. Star Weber State competitors thus far include Kirsten Convoy, who is tied for fourth at +8 and Lydia Austin who is tied for sixth at +9.Gabby Denunzio is tied for 20th at +15, Morgan Bentley is tied for 23rd at +16, Kameryn Basye is tied for 30th at +19 and Taitum Beck is tied for 36th at +22.OREM, Utah-Monday, Southern Utah and Utah Valley’s women’s golf teams competed at the Hobble Creek Fall Classic at Hobble Creek Golf Course. The overall team lead at this stage belongs to Northern Arizona at +17 with Tulsa and Utah Valley tied for second at +19. Southern Utah is +26 and in fifth place out of a field of 12 schools.Hannah Alberto of Sam Houston State is the overall leader at  -6 and for SUU, Chanikan (Pluem) Yongyuan is in second place at -3.Utah Valley’s Ana Margarita Raga checked in at fifth place with a tie with Tulsa’s Olivia Jackson at +1.Rounding out the top 10 for Utah Valley was Carly Dehlin Hirsch who is in 9th place.The tournament will resume Tuesday.SALINAS, Calif.-Monday, the Westminster women’s golf squad competed at the Otter Fall Invitational hosted by CSU Monterey Bay.The Griffins are currently in eighth place after one day of competition with the West Texas A&M Buffaloes in the lead at +4. Westminster is at +40 presently.Jelina Fernando of West Texas A&M is the leader at +1 while Kanna Crosland is Westminster’s overall leader, tied for 16th at +6. Karen Valcarce also paces the Griffins as she is +8 and tied for 19th. The tournament resumes Tuesday.
